Documentation Development
- Development of ICT procurement guidelines. These guidelines are designed to assist local ICT suppliers in successfully bidding for public sector projects by providing a resource to build their knowledge and understanding of public sector procurement processes and practice. The guidelines also offer practical “good practice” guidance to public sector buyers of ICT goods and services
- Development of high level category management plans for the Commercial Services business unit of a large government department
- Development of procurement policies, procedures and templates for the small government department
- Development of procurement policy, procedures and templates for the mid-sized government department
- Development of procurement templates for mid-sized government department

General Procurement Consulting
- Procurement support to the Commercial Services business unit of a large government department, including recruitment and development of new procurement staff
- Review and analysis of options for the purchase of a complex medical category ($35M p.a. category)
- Development of contracts and negotiations with 11 manufacturers and 70 vendors ($50M p.a. category for the supply of medical related goods and services)
